i had the absolute pleasure of working for Duncan and often took cake in the office, the last time of which Duncan walked in and spotted the cake. Tracey laughed saying he wasn't allowed cake, so with a cheeky smile he took it to his desk. Tracey jovially said that's okay but I've got the knife !   With that Duncan promptly took out a pocket knife, and with a huge smile cut two pieces of cake, one he gave to Emma and the other for himself. Duncan's smiling face was infectious and hou couldn't help but laugh.   Ian always said he was his ' Go to guy', he was always there to give advice and assistance.
